A six-pack of the cookie that started it all for Tremonte’s. A labor of love to make, this cookie is really more of a mini cake.  Made with layers of Tremonte’s signature almond cake, apricot jam between the layers, and coated in dark chocolate.  The cake layers are made in the colors of the Italian flag , red, white and green.
