ITALIAN RAINBOW COOKIES, SPRINGTIME SPECIAL

Springtime special rainbow cookies have cake layers in pastel shades, strawberry jam between the layers, and pink strawberry chocolate and white chocolate coating.

INGREDIENTS: Butter (cream, natural flavor), apricot jam (apricots, sugar, fruit pectin, ascorbic acid, citric acid), enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, enzymes, folic acid), eggs, almond paste (almonds, sugar, water, natural flavor, potassium sorbate), sugar, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), strawberry chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, strawberry powder, sunflower lecithin), salt, clear vanilla flavor (water, alcohol, vanillin, other artificial flavors, citric acid), almond extract (water, alcohol, bitter almond oil), gel food color (water, sugar, Red 40, Red 3, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate)
