Tremonte’s signature Italian Rainbow Cookie, but make it a PRIDE rainbow! Made with layers of Tremonte’s signature almond cake, apricot jam between the layers, and coated in dark chocolate.  Cake layers are the rainbow colors of the Pride flag.
